Beef boiled cut into small pieces|
Eggs hard boiled cut into cubes|
Potatoes boiled cut into cubes|
Gherkins cut into small pieces|
Salt and pepper|
Mix all ingredients well and leave to infuse for 2 hours.
This is an authentic recipe of the salad, much loved in Russia and the CIS countries and traditionally prepared on New Year’s Eve. For a nice color you can add a boiled carrot.
Beef can also be replaced with meat or poultry sausage.
