Sear pork in 4 – 5 tbsp. oil in batches, season with salt and pepper and remove.

Add onions and mushrooms and fry. Sprinkle flour on top and fry.

Add the peas and pour 1/2 l of broth. Add the meat again and add 1 cup of sour cream and the hot chili sauce. Mix everything, season to taste and pour into a roasting pan and simmer covered for 1 1/hr. Serve with either noodles or spaetzle.
