🍓 Ingredients

300 grams Onions
1.350 grams Tomatoes
1 Chili bell pepper medium hot fresh
600 grams Bell peppers red
70 grams Balsamic vinegar
10 Chili bell peppers dried
290 grams Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
150 grams Red wine
3 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Bell pepper white ground
3 teaspoons Mustard seeds
1 tube Tomato paste
3 teaspoons Paprika powder sweet
600 grams Preserving sugar (3:1)

🍽 Instructions

Wash and chop the vegetables and put them in a pot. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Now simmer for approx. 25 min. Either pass through the whisk and bring to the boil again briefly or puree with a blender. Immediately pour into hot rinsed jars and close with the screw caps.

5 minutes turn the jars upside down and ready. Great for grilled meats, as a dip for fondue, or even with Mexican chips. (I also make it hot on pasta).
