Quickly knead a dough from the first 4 ingredients and chill wrapped in foil for one hour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx.
3 mm and cut out hearts.
Bake them at 180 degrees or convection oven 160 degrees for about 10 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Allow to cool. Cut the marzipan paste into small cubes and mix well with the warmed apricot jam. Spread it on one heart at a time or place a small heap in the center and cover with a second heart.
Melt the milk glaze in a bowl over steam, glaze the hearts with it and decorate with a walnut half.
