Rinse the fillet under cold running water, pat dry.
Cut the meat into strips. Peel and dice the vegetable onion. Heat some of the cooking oil in a pot.
Fry the meat in portions. Finally, sauté the onion cubes in it.
Add the meat again. Season with salt and pepper, add the cream.
Bring everything to a boil, about 10 minutes. Mix the white wine with the flour and add it, as well as the drained mushroom slices. Bring the fillet pot back to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Pour into an ovenproof greased dish. Top with cheese and butter flakes, place in oven and bake until cheese is melted and golden. As a side dish I usually serve rice or a very banal white bread!
