🍓 Ingredients

80 grams Butter
2 tablespoons Oil
4 Steaks (fillet steaks)
  Lemon juice
8 Anchovy fillets
  Salt and pepper
6 Olives

🍽 Instructions

Oil, salt and pepper the steaks and grill them on both sides in a hot grill pan. Pit the whole olives and finely chop them with the anchovy fillets. Mix with a few drops of lemon juice and pepper and add to the spreadable butter.

Then immediately form the butter into an oval shape, chill with a slice of olive and an anchovy fillet and place on the meat.
