1 Lime untreated
3 medium-sized Lemons organic
2 pinches Salt
30 centiliters Liqueur (Andaloe)
1 serving Rum equivalent to a cap
400 grams Cream
2 heaped teaspoons Gelatinefix
300 grams Yogurt
200 grams Powdered sugar

🍽 Instructions

Process all ingredients refrigerated. Wash the citrus fruits.

Now shave the peels into fine zests, then squeeze out the juice. With the help of a blender, mix the citrus juice, zest, yogurt, powdered sugar, salt and Gelatinefix. Finally, fold in the cream and the alcohol.

Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker and process for about 50 minutes. If the ice cream mixture is still too liquid after this time, you should continue the process in the machine. Then put it in a well-sealed freezer can and let it freeze further in the freezer for at least two hours before consumption . The flavor of the AndalΓΆ complements perfectly the delicate lemon-lime note of the ice cream. However, you can substitute it with another neutral liqueur or limoncello.
