🍓 Ingredients

50 grams Sugar
150 grams Butter or margarine soft
1 pinch Salt
250 grams Flour
3 Eggs
125 milliliters Milk
1 teaspoon Baking powder
125 grams Sour cream or sour cream

🍽 Instructions

Cream butter, sugar and salt, stir in eggs one at a time.

Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with sour cream and milk.

The consistency of the dough should be such that it falls thickly from the spoon. Depending on the size of the eggs, you may need a little more or less milk than indicated above. Bake in waffle iron over medium heat until waffles are nicely browned.

The amount makes about 10 waffles, but it always depends on the waffle iron.

With powdered sugar, cream and / or cherries simply delicious.
