Soak fish, acidify, salt.
Dice onion, grate carrots coarsely, cut leek into fine strips.
Sauté onion in oil, add carrots and leek, steam briefly, add sour cream, season with salt and nutmeg.
Grease the baking dish, put the fish in it, cover with the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the open dish at 160 degrees convection for 20 to 30 minutes.
