Grease one piece of aluminum foil per person.
Then place a piece of fish on the aluminum foil. Spread a thin layer of garlic paste, add a little salt if necessary (be careful, garlic paste is already very salty), pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Put two dried tomatoes (if you like, you can take more) on the fish. Between the tomatoes put the lemon slice (for the good look). On top of the fish put some butter flakes. Then fold the aluminum foil in such a way that the resulting liquid cannot leak out.
Put the fish packets in the preheated oven at 200°C and cook (depending on the type of fish and the thickness of the fillet) between 15 and 30 minutes.
Serve with a green salad and toast or some rice.
