Clean the fish, cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Clean the bell bell pepper, cut it into strips and put it together with the fish in a lightly greased baking dish.
Chop the drained tomatoes and mix them with the diced onion, the squeezed garlic, some grated lemon peel, parika powder, thyme and salt. Mix the cream and flour together and add to the tomato mixture.
Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs and cheese (quantity and type to taste). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
