First, the fish is abundantly salted and peppered on both sides. Then you put the fish on a piece of aluminum foil and put some lemon juice on the fish.
Then take about 4 – 5 tablespoons of coconut milk and spread it over the fish as well. Finally, put the chopped parsley on the fish.
To prevent the lemon coconut milk juice from running off the side, close the aluminum foil tightly. Then the fish steams in its own juice (depending on the type of fish) at 200 degrees for about 50 min. in the tube.
