🍓 Ingredients

70 grams Sugar
250 grams Low-fat curd cheese
1 Egg
25 grams Butter
1 package Vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons Milk

🍽 Instructions

Separate the egg and whisk the yolk with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Add the quark and milk and mix until smooth. Melt the butter and stir the liquid butter into the quark mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in gently. Pour into dessert bowls and serve immediately.
