🍓 Ingredients

1 Cucumber (pickle)
250 grams Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Capers
1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
1 pinch Sugar
1/2 Onions

🍽 Instructions

Finely chopped pickle, capers and parsley are stirred into the finished mayonnaise and mixed with diluted vinegar or pickle water to sauce consistency and seasoned with sugar.

If the sauce is intended for immediate consumption, add finely chopped onion.

If the sauce is to be stored, it is made without onion and added before consumption. This sauce is served with baked vegetables, fondue, hot and cold fish and meat.
