Line a baking dish with ladyfingers.
Then sprinkle them with the raspberry brandy. Then spread the raspberry jam on top. Mix the mascarpone and the quark – depending on your taste you can add vanilla sugar.
Spread this mixture over the jam. Finally, sprinkle the whole thing with the brittle and refrigerate for about 2 – 3 hours. If you prefer the brittle crispy, sprinkle it just before serving.
