1 Herbs mixed frozen
1 pinch Salt
200 grams Whipped cream (35% fat)

🍽 Instructions

Beat the cream with a hand mixer until it turns yellow and forms firm flakes. Strain through a kitchen towel or muslin cloth and squeeze out the liquid.

Stir the herbs and salt into the resulting butter. Form the finished herb butter into a roll in plastic wrap or greaseproof paper. Leave to set in the refrigerator and cut into slices to serve.
