Chop the parsley, chives and dill very finely and set aside.

Put the garlic through a press and mix well with the cream cheese, tomato paste, olive oil and lemon juice.

Season with the salt, bell pepper and paprika and mix in the herbs.


The spread should be infused for about 1 hour. Tastes delicious on bread and grilled food.
