🍓 Ingredients

1 piece Parsley root
1 bulb Garlic
500 milliliters Water
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Spelt flour (1 heaped tbsp.) also wheat flour possible
1 heaped teaspoons Vegetable broth instant
2 teaspoons Herbs Italian or other mixed herbs TK
as you like Salt

🍽 Instructions

Peel garlic and cut into slices or cubes.

Clean parsley root and cut into slices or cubes. Sauté both briefly in oil, add flour and stir (do not brown), deglaze with water. Add vegetable stock powder and stir. Simmer for approx. 15 min. and puree. Add herbs and season with salt. Works very well as a starter soup.
