🍓 Ingredients

2 level teaspoons Baking powder
1 Egg
175 grams Flour
5 level teaspoons Vanilla sugar
50 grams Sugar
100 grams Margarine or butter
as you like Powdered sugar
as you like Food coloring
as you like Sugar sprinkles colored
as you like Water

🍽 Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the dough into a kneaded dough. Then preheat the oven to 170 – 200°C (convection oven). Then line a baking tray with baking paper and carefully roll out the dough on it.

Then cut out a big heart with a knife, from the rest of the dough you can cut out or cut small hearts as you like. Put the baking sheet and lower third of the oven and bake for about 12 minutes.

I would check every now and then to make sure the heart doesn’t burn or, if necessary, bake a little longer. When the giant cookie is done, let it cool for half an hour. Then coat it with icing (powdered sugar and water) and sprinkle with sprinkles. If you wish, you can also write something on it with food coloring or color the icing with it.

Then let the cookie dry for about 1.5 hours and you can wrap it as a gift or serve it.
