Wash the giant mushroom, drain and wrap with the three slices of ham.

The ham holds best if you fix it with toothpicks. Wrap the mushroom in aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes.

Take it out of the foil and serve it as an appetizer. Tastes also very good in summer on the grill, but here you do not need to use aluminum foil and you can also put several small mushrooms together on a longer skewer.
