700 milliliters Grain 37%
400 grams Plums (cibarten) red
300 grams Sugar
1 piece Star anise
1 stick Cinnamon

🍽 Instructions

Wash the civets.

They do not need to be pitted. Place in a larger container with all other ingredients. Shake regularly. Store this in a dark place and open only after the end of the resting period of 6 – 8 weeks.
