🍓 Ingredients

30 grams Ginger fresh
2 Pears juicy ripe
1 piece Star anise
40 grams Sugar
20 grams Butter
1/8 liter White wine dry

🍽 Instructions

Peel and core pears, cut into eighths.

Peel ginger, cut into thin slices.

Place in a small saucepan with wine, star anise, sugar and butter, bring to the boil.

Bring the pear slices to the boil, cool and cover them overnight. The ginger pears go well with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate mousse as well as with duck breast or Asian-style fish fillets.
