Put flour (you can also use regular flour, then about 50g more!) in a bowl, stir in the other ingredients little by little.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
When cooled, cut into small cubes, dip into the glaze and roll in shredded coconut. (I always dip one side in rum before dipping in glaze).
Glaze: melt coconut oil, stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
If you want, you can also use gingerbread mix. Should not be stored too long, they taste best fresh!! !
