Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Add sugar, spices and cocoa powder.
Add milk, egg, oil and honey to another bowl and mix together. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until you have a smooth dough.
Pour the dough onto a greased deep baking sheet (grease pan) or into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After cooling, the gingerbread can be coated with chocolate icing if necessary.
Tip: It is also possible to replace part of the flour with grated almonds.
