🍓 Ingredients

125 grams Margarine
120 grams Sugar
60 grams Honey
300 grams Flour
1 package Gingerbread spice
2 Eggs
200 milliliters Milk
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  Cake glaze (chocolate icing)
2 teaspoons Baking powder

🍽 Instructions

Cream the margarine with the sugar, honey and eggs.

Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder, cocoa and gingerbread spice.

Add alternately a little flour and milk to the batter until nothing is left. Fill muffin cups with the batter and bake the cupcakes at 200 degrees (preheated) for about 15 minutes. Cover with chocolate icing.
