🍓 Ingredients

1 Onion
800 grams Lean meat (e.g. pork tenderloin beef fillet butterfly steaks) sliced
100 grams Bacon diced
1 tube Tomato paste
600 grams Whipping cream
  Herbs
  Salt and pepper
some White wine for deglazing
some Margarine or fat for frying

🍽 Instructions

Cut the onions into cubes and fry them with the bacon cubes in a little fat in a pan. Deglaze with white wine. Put the onions and bacon in a wide baking dish and place the salted and peppered meat on top.

For the sauce, mix the cream with the tomato paste and season with herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the meat and bake at approx.

175°C (convection oven) for 3/4 hour on the middle shelf. Baguette, pasta or rice go well as a side dish.

And a fresh green salad.
