Put the water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
At the same time, in a non-stick frying pan, fry the diced cervelats in a little vegetable or olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add the cooked pasta, toss briefly and sprinkle with cheese.
Garnish with some chives and a crispy fried slice of bacon. Serve with a leafy salad with a light dressing. My children’s favorite and very easy to prepare!
