Peel and coarsely dice the onions. Sauté in lard over mild heat and remove from fat. Cut the meat into thin slices and brown in the onion fat.

Add the onions again and dust everything with paprika. Allow to sauté briefly.

Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the meat. Cover ingredients with water. Cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Add salt and season with paprika rose hot.
