Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, rum and butter or margarine.
Add the flour with baking powder. Mix in 3 minutes until a smooth dough. Now stir in the coconut flakes and oat flakes. Place the dough in heaps on prepared baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
Let the coconut biscuits cool down and decorate with melted chocolate icing.
