🍓 Ingredients

4 Eggs
100 grams Sugar
500 grams Low-fat cottage cheese
2 packages Vanilla sugar
1 1/2 package Baking powder
500 grams Flour
3 kilograms Fat for frying depending on the size of the pot
1 pinch Salt

🍽 Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except the fat, of course) in a bowl.

With a tablespoon cut off pieces of dough and bake floating in the fat for about 5 minutes.
