🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Minced meat (pork or mixed)
2 pinches Salt
15 slices Toast or white bread or brown bread
200 grams Feta cheese
1 Egg
2 pinches Pepper

🍽 Instructions

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add the egg.

Then grate the feta cheese and mix it in. Now coat the bread slices about 0.5 cm thick with the mince – also up to the corners (because otherwise they quickly turn black when grilling).

Press this mixture firmly either with a spoon or a fork. First grill the side with the minced meat until it looks well done.

Then turn and grill the other side until it is golden (if the minced meat is properly pressed, nothing falls off! ), You can serve it with ketchup, barbecue sauces or something else.
