Cook the pasta in salted water according to instructions. Wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Sauté the onion in a large frying pan in a little butter or oil and then add the leek. Add ham and salami and let everything fry lightly. Add pasta and mix everything nicely. Stir in the cream, add salt and pepper.
Either cut the tomatoes in half or add them directly to the pan.
Beat the eggs over the top and let them set or fry them in a small pan to a fried egg and then put them on top of the arranged plate.
A green salad or cucumber salad goes well with it.
