Sauté the onions in olive oil, but they must not take color.
Crush coriander with cumin, salt and pepper in a mortar. Then put in a bowl with the minced meat, onions and all other ingredients and mix. If the dough is still sticky, add some more breadcrumbs until it makes a smooth dough. Shape the dough into hamburgers and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before frying.
