🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Butter
125 grams Spelt flour fine
2 Eggs
200 grams Cane sugar
2 packages Vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
50 grams Almonds chopped
2 tablespoons Rum possibly
250 grams Oat flakes

🍽 Instructions

Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, water and eggs.

Stir in flour, baking powder, oat flakes, almonds, cocoa and rum. Place small piles of dough on a greased baking sheet, flatten slightly and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
