Preheat the oven to 175°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and honey. Stir in the egg and flavoring. Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix on low speed just until everything is blended.
Now add the seeds, pips and raisins and mix in. Using a tablespoon, place the dough on the baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Then let cool completely on a cooling rack. Tip:
Instead of flax seeds you can also use psyllium seeds, raisins can be combined with dried cranberries.
