For the pancakes mix flour, 2 eggs, milk to a batter.

Finally add mineral water and salt. Leave to stand for half an hour. From the dough then fry in a pan in hot oil in batches about 5-6 pancakes and put aside for now.

Mix the minced meat with 1 egg, mustard, salt and pepper.

Finally, add the well-squeezed bread roll. Pour the minced meat mixture on the pancakes and form a roll. Cut off the ends of the roll and cut it into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size of the roll. In this way you will get about 7-8 small rolls (little plants). Put the breadcrumbs in a plate.

Beat the two eggs on a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Now roll the pancake rolls (plantlets) first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat margarine in a frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Serve with green salad and cream sauce.
