Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands until a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place until doubled in volume. Form the dough into a roll on a floured work surface and divide it into 8 evenly sized pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and let rest for 1 hr. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for approx.
20 min. Remove from oven and serve lukewarm.
