🍓 Ingredients

1/4 Cucumbers
1 cup Herb curd
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
3 leaves Mint fresh
1 teaspoon Dill dried (dill tips)
  Salt and pepper
1 Lime
5 medium-sized Potatoes

🍽 Instructions

Boil the potatoes with skin. Grate the piece of cucumber unpeeled into a bowl.

Add salt, pepper, dill and maple syrup. If desired, add the juice of half a lime and the chopped mint leaves. Finally, fold in the herb curd. Let stand until the potatoes are cooked and serve together.
