Wash the fresh herbs and roll them flat with a rolling pin. Then put the herbs in a large jug, pour the apple juice until all the herbs are covered with it.
Leave covered for about 0.5 – 1 day. Then take out the herbs and pour the lemonade through a sieve with twice as much mineral water as apple juice.
