🍓 Ingredients

1 large Bell bell pepper
1 stick Leek small
1 large Onion
2 Peppercorns
1 small Chili pepper red dried
1 jar Vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 level teaspoons Sea salt coarse
1 heaped teaspoons Curry powder

🍽 Instructions

Finely crush the spices in a mortar. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and sauté them in a pot with the olive oil. Then add the vegetable broth to the pot and add the crushed spices.

Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.

Pour into a porcelain dish and refrigerate until serving.
