Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar and bring to the boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and let everything cool down.
Then stir in the stiffly whipped cream.
Finally, put the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 45 minutes.
