Melt the butter. Mix flour and milk, beat in 3 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, the butter and the water. Leave to swell for approx.

30 min.

Bake crepes from the dough in portions in a hot pan and let them cool down. Beat the remaining eggs. Put the almond flakes in a bowl. Place 1 scoop of ice cream in the center of each crepe and fold the top and bottom edges of the crepe over the top.


Brush with beaten egg and fold toward center like a parcel. Turn or brush each parcel in the egg, then turn in the flaked almonds, pressing down. Place side by side on a small baking sheet and cover. Now place in the freezer for now. Allow to freeze through for 3 hours. Heat the frying fat in a saucepan. Fry the crepes little by little for about 1-2 minutes until the almond flakes are golden brown. Drain briefly on paper towel and serve immediately.
