Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry briefly in a little clarified butter. Pour a little water and cook, then remove meat from the bone and chop into bite-sized pieces. Save the broth for the vegetables!
Dice the onion and sauté in a little clarified butter.
Add the potatoes in small cubes, as well as the broth from the meat. Cut the cleaned cabbage into wide strips, add and cook everything. Season with salt, pepper and finally with plenty of freshly grated nutmeg. Serve with the chopped parsley.
