Cream the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then stir in the eggs at the highest speed. Then add milk, cocoa, chocolate chips, flour, baking powder and continue to stir.
Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for 60 min on the middle rack. It is best to put baking paper on the form, so that the bottom is particularly soft!
Let the cake cool down in the form. Heat the block chocolate in a water bath and spread evenly over the cake and on the edge. Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
