The preparation is quite simple.
First separate the eggs. Then mix the egg yolks and sugar together, then add the softened butter. Only now mix in the quark, the custard powder and the teaspoon of baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan. Now bake the cake for 50 – 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
