Peel the kohlrabi and grate in a bowl. Squeeze or chop the garlic and let it steep in a little oil.
Then mix the garlic oil with the vinegar and add salt (if necessary, add a little sugar). You can also use ready-made garlic oil.
Pour it over the grated kohlrabi and add caraway seeds to taste. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for about half an hour before serving the salad.
