Peel pumpkin, remove seeds, grate and salt. Fry onion in clarified butter, squeeze pumpkin and add. Cream butter until fluffy. Gradually add yolks and curd cheese. Mix yolks and pumpkin mixture, sour cream, spices and dill. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt and fold into pumpkin mixture with flour. Spread the filling on the studio dough, roll it up and place it on a greased baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
