🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Lamb 📝 🍽
125 grams Celery 📝 🍽
125 grams Leek 📝 🍽
600 grams White cabbage 📝 🍽
250 grams Tomatoes 📝 🍽
600 grams Potatoes 📝 🍽
  Water 1/4 - 1/8 liter
1 Onion cut into cubes 🍽
some Parsley freshly chopped 🍽
some Salt 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Clean and wash white cabbage and leek. Peel and wash celery and potatoes. Boil tomatoes, rinse and peel. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

Spread half of the meat on the bottom of the crock pot, alternate vegetables and meat on top. Sprinkle with salt. Pour in water and cook for about 40-50 minutes. Then finish cooking for another 5-10 minutes. Season again and sprinkle with parsley.
