Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Clean and wash white cabbage and leek. Peel and wash celery and potatoes. Boil tomatoes, rinse and peel. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
Spread half of the meat on the bottom of the crock pot, alternate vegetables and meat on top. Sprinkle with salt. Pour in water and cook for about 40-50 minutes. Then finish cooking for another 5-10 minutes. Season again and sprinkle with parsley.
