Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry.
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Sear the chops on both sides in butter in a frying pan.
Turn down the heat and add the garlic.
Fry the meat pieces for a total of 4 -8 minutes, depending on their thickness. Then place on a warmed plate, salt, pepper and sprinkle some thyme on top. Finally, sprinkle the garlic on top. It is really important to make sure that the lamb scottlets stay very warm! Serve with paprika or curry rice and baguette with herb butter.
