Bell bell peppers (green pointed bell pepper) diced|
Paprika powder rose hot|

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add the meat cut into cubes of about 3 cm x 3 cm and brown well on all sides. Add the vegetables, herbs and paprika powder, salt and bell pepper. Deglaze with water so that everything is 2/3 covered. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Serve with Turkish pita bread and cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.
